I'm delighted I finally found your business because no store here in Denver has extra shoe laces that are both fun colors and practical. One place does have multiple laces, but they are mostly for men's shoes and hiking boots, so I have enjoyed finding some new laces for my shoes and reviving laces that have gotten stretched from use/dirty. Love the idea of getting some more patterns and colors to change out the looks. Your customer service rep was also able to get a shorter pair of laces close to the originals for some new leather shoes and now I can wear those shoes again. Thanks for the great service, too

Except that they were a little thinner than the ones that came with the shoes, so it would be helpful if website listed the diameter of round laces. Everything else was great!
