Order Information

Purchase Orders

Written Orders must be received via fax or email. Any changes to an order must also be communicated in writing. Changes may affect your Delivery Date. Customer is responsible for charges up to the point of order cancellation.

Please include the Ship Date on PO.

All Major Credit Cards accepted.

This price list is subject to change.

Production

Standard Delivery is 2.5 to 3 weeks ARO and receipt of acceptable artwork. Should either be late, delivery times may be affected.

Orders with a required delivery date of 2 weeks or less will be subject to a 25% Rush Fee. A Rush Fee may also be applied to changes of order or artwork.

Artwork Requirements

Guidelines for providing printed artwork:

► Accepted File Format: Vectored EPS file with all fonts converted to outlines.

► Acceptable formats are Adobe Illustrator 10.0 (or earlier) EPS, Freehand EPS and Corel EPS.

Custom Printed Shoe Laces ► Adobe PDF format is also acceptable IF generated from a vector source file.

► All colors should be specified in file as SPOT colors (as opposed to CMYK color builds). Only standard PANTONE (PMS) color specifications apply.

► For best printing results, screens and gradients should be avoided in artwork.

► Macintosh or PC platform files are equally acceptable.

An additional $20 charge for vector conversion will be applied to:

.JPEG, .TIFF, Photoshop EPS, Photoshop PSD, .GIF, .PNG (or any other RASTER format file) unless the submitted artwork is text only. If text only or if text is incorporated in the logo / design, please provide font style.

Plate Charges/Proofs/Minimum Order Quantities and Cost

Plate Charges are $100 per color (maximum of 6 colors). White is not considered a color for plate charge purposes. Any repeat orders without changes will not incur plate charges.

Proofs (paper and/or electronic) are provided Free of Charge. All proofs are for layout approval only and should not be considered for quality of print or color.

Strikeoff Charges (printed samples) are $100 plus Plate Charge.

Minimum Order Quantities are 250 pairs.
